A private estate two miles from Epping, close enough to London that guests can be on the tube by mid-morning, far enough out that you'd never guess. The Mill Barn is the centrepiece, a listed building with oak beams and floor-to-ceiling windows, with the Orangery for ceremonies, the open-sided Gather Barn for the looser end of the day, and the Walled Garden and Long Walk to drift between them. It's exclusive use, the bar runs to midnight, and the Coach House has ten en-suite rooms for the people staying closest. The whole estate runs at net zero, too, which is rarer than it ought to be.
